1. Information we collect

• Bookings and visits: your name, phone number, email where provided, chosen package, booking time, extras, payment status and ticket or check-in history.
• Memberships: contact details, account credentials, membership plan, joining and expiry dates, renewals, reservations and session usage.
• Payments: amounts, payment method, order and transaction references, and payment or refund status. Card details and UPI authorisation are handled through the payment provider’s checkout; our booking forms do not ask you to give us your card PIN, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Job applications and staff accounts: the details entered in the relevant forms, which may include a photograph, date of birth, addresses, parent or guardian contact, availability and experience. Staff records also include attendance, work type and earnings information.
• Messages and technical information: information you send when contacting us, and technical records such as IP address, browser information, request times and errors that may be processed by our hosting and service providers.

2. How we use information

We use it to confirm and manage bookings, issue tickets, manage access and memberships, record payments, handle cancellations and enquiries, send service messages and password-reset codes, prevent misuse, and maintain our services. Application and staff information is used for recruitment, staff administration and attendance or earnings records.

Please provide only the information needed for the service you are using. If you provide another person’s details, make sure you have their permission.

3. The public live queue

The homepage shows current and upcoming sessions. It may display your first name and a surname initial, queue position, booking time, package or overs, and session timing. A single-word name may appear in full. These details are visible to other website visitors; phone numbers, email addresses and payment credentials are not displayed in the queue.

If you have a concern about how your name appears, contact the desk before your session so we can discuss it.

4. Service providers and sharing

Information needed to operate the service is handled by authorised Auto Cricket staff and relevant providers, including Hostinger for website hosting, Supabase for application data, Razorpay for payments, and Resend for transactional email. Providers may process information in the locations where they operate.

We may also share information where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve payment disputes, or protect people and our services. Embedded Google Maps, externally hosted fonts and software, and external services you choose to open may receive technical information such as your IP address. Their own privacy policies govern their services.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses local and session storage for functions such as keeping you signed in, managing a checkout and remembering whether an attendance reminder has been shown. Third-party services, including checkout and map features, may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

You can manage these through your browser settings. Clearing or blocking storage can sign you out or interrupt a checkout. On a shared device, sign out after using your account.

6. Keeping and protecting information

We retain information for the purposes described here, including service records, accounting, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. How long it is needed depends on the record and its purpose. Contact us about a particular record or a deletion request.

We use access restrictions and account-security measures to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Please keep passwords and booking-management links private, and never send us a card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or password-reset code.

7. Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw permission where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-related reasons, and removing information needed for a booking or membership may affect our ability to provide it.

Children’s bookings: a parent or guardian should arrange bookings for children and supervise any information submitted. Please contact us if a child has submitted personal information that should be reviewed or removed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Any additional notice or permission required for a change will be handled as applicable.
